Oscar nominees, Viola Davis and Taraji P. Henson, graces the cover of the May issue of “Ebony” magazine.
Inside the magazine, Viola states that she grew up impoverished and lived
in a condemned apartment, running from rats while her father eked out a living for the family while working as a horse groomer.
Taraji graduated from Howard University and moved to Hollywood with $700 in her pockets and a baby boy on her arm.
Their stories just proves that no matter where you come from and no matter your circumstances, if you have a dream, go after it, you have what it takes to make your dream come true. Remember these words.
