I have been fortunate enough to cross path with some very extraordinary mothers in my life. I have realized that regardless of their race, socioeconomic class, or even their belief system, all these women strive for the very same thing. They all want to do the best for their children. Mother’s Day is this Sunday, so I want you to reflect on what your mother or any mother figure in your life means to you. Everyone who knows me, knows that I love me some Bettie Jean.
