An invitation-only funeral service will be held today on the South Side of Chicago at the Apostolic Church of God for Darnell Donerson, Jason Hudson, and Julian King.
“The Hudson-King Foundation for Families of Slain Victims” was announced earlier this week. Jennifer Hudson and her family named the foundation in honor of her slain mother, brother, and nephew.
According to reports, the purpose of the foundation is to care for the needs of families who have lost relatives to a violent crime. This encompasses their basic needs of food, clothing, and shelter as well as grief counseling.
